Get a good night’s sleep and effective sleep therapy with the Resvent iBreeze APAP machine. With advanced features like a CPAP mask fit checker, intelligent humidification, respiratory event detection, and a wi-fi enabled modem (to name a few!) the iBreeze is an innovative, yet affordable, choice for sleep apnea therapy.
The water chamber is designed to slide smoothly in and out of the machine, so it’s not even visible when in use. This sleek, compact design makes the iBreeze look more like a high-tech alarm clock than a fully functional APAP machine.
The iBreeze APAP (auto-titrating PAP) is an ideal choice for people who have difficulty adjusting to the fixed level air pressure provided by standard CPAP machines. Because the iBreeze adjusts the pressure range on a breath-by-breath basis, it provides custom pressure to keep the airways open no matter what sleeping position you’re in, or what nasal conditions or allergies you may be experiencing.
Because the iBreeze provides pressure relief with exhalation, the sense of exhaling against high pressure is minimized. As with any PAP machine, your healthcare provider will prescribe your specific pressure settings (cmH2o) based on your sleep study. Compatible with all CPAP masks, including nasal masks and full face masks.

AffloVest, a tried, true and proven airway clearance therapy with more than 10,000 already in clinical use, is the first battery-operated High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) therapy that lets patients with bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, and neuromuscular diseases receive state-of-the-art airway clearance therapy on the go.
Featuring Patented Direct Dynamic Oscillation™, AffloVest has eight mechanical oscillating motors scientifically engineered to target all 5 lobes of the lungs, front and back, for fully mobile use. With no bulky hoses or generators, the AffloVest is engineered to encourage treatment adherence and compliance by allowing patients to experience an improved quality of life during airway clearance treatments.
First during-use HFCWO fully mobile Airway Clearance Therapy
Anatomically targets all 5 lobes of the lungs, both front and back
Promotes airway clearance and secretion mobilization
Clinically improved lung function shown in clinical studies
Diseases such as COPD, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, quadriplegia and other neuromuscular disorders can reduce lung function, increase mucus production and interfere with proper breathing. Increased mucus production and retention of excess mucus increase the risk of lung infections.
Effectively clearing mucus from the air passages is extremely important. Airway clearance therapy using traditional manual chest physiotherapy or HFCWO vest therapy can provide improvement both in pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic hyper-secretive diseases.
HFCWO vest therapy can help loosen thick mucus secretions so it can be mobilized from your lungs by coughing. Clearing the airways may help decrease lung infections, reduce antibiotic use and hospitalization, and improve lung function.
The goals of AffloVest mechanical HFCWO therapy are to reduce the number of exacerbations and infections and to improve patient quality of life by reducing airway inflammation and mobilizing secretions.
Bronchiectasis | Quadriplegia | Anterior horn cell diseases |
Cystic Fibrosis | Muscular dystrophy | Multiple sclerosis |
Late Effects of poliomyelitis | Myotonic disorders | Other disorders of diaphragm |
AffloVest requires a doctor’s prescription for treatment by High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO). The AffloVest has received the FDA’s 510k clearance for U.S. market availability, and is approved for Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance reimbursement under the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codeE0483 – High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation. The AffloVest is also available through the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs/Tricare. Patients must qualify to meet eligibility requirements.
Doug E Campos-Outcalt, Rachel A Lindor,Personalized Medicine. 2011;8(4):457-467.
“The current gap between current practice and that which will soon be enabled by new personalized medicine technologies could arguably mean the difference between life and death for thousands of patients per year. Physicians are likely to be hauled into court and called to account for this discrepancy unless steps are taken to provide physicians with better education and guidelines to integrate the new data and technologies into their clinical practice. The window of opportunity to act is short. Once the litigation snowball starts to roll, it will quickly become unstoppable.”
“Without (Pharmacogenetics) testing, neither you nor your doctor knows exactly how you’ll react to the medication. It may not work for you, or you may have serious side effects such as bleeding. You might have to try different doses — or even different medications — before finding a treatment that works for you. Pharmacogenomics speeds up that process. Before you take a single dose of medication, you can have a test to see how you’re likely to respond to the medication.“
On the issuance of “Draft Guidance for Industry: Pharmacogenomic Data Submissions.”
“Pharmacogenomics holds great promise to shed scientific light on the often risky and costly process of drug development, and to provide greater confidence about the risks and benefits of drugs in specific populations. Pharmacogenomics is a new field, but we intend to do all we can to use it to promote the development of medicines. By providing practical guidance on how to turn the explosion of pharmacogenomic information into real evidence on new drugs, we are taking an important step toward that goal.”
